Home of the $25 Bagel!!! I kept an open mind hoping it’d be great!

Tried the Salmon & the Salt beef bagels. It had good flavour but not great and certainly not worth the $25!!!

The croissants were utter disappointments. They are heavy and chewy. We tried the ham & cheese and the chocolate croissants. I read the reviews about how they are the best but Crescent Croissanterie and Lode leave it for dead.

The flat white was good but latte art was scratchy.

Tried the Ham and mustard baguette as well and it was tasty but again bread was quite heavy, chewy and just plain tough!

A strange thing they do is that if you eat in they serve it on these stainless steel plates with a greaseproof paper liner but it looks like they reuse the plate & paper liner, without washing, There were crumbs left over from the previous use. Not sure about the hygiene of this procedure.

Sadly this place was disappointing.

This place has been on my shortlist for my next trip to Sydney and so I absolutely wanted to come here for breakfast. It did not disappoint! One of the best bagels I ever had (salt beef bagel). Good quality, great flavors and good quantity. Coffee is good too.

When you think Baker Blue, you think great pastries, sandwiches and easy customer service.
I purchased a meat pie – flavor was good. but the basic foundations of the Australian meat pie was missing.
You should be able to pick up a pie with ease, get out of the aluminum dish easy, hold in one hand for a quick easy meal.
This was the most difficult thing to eat, which I through half away.
Should just stick to their sandwiches or croissant.

I’ve eaten here before and had a great experience. Today I popped in to get some pizza slices to take home for my partner and was dissapointed to say the least. I’m happy to pay for high quality food but when you get home, only to find out that what you bought wasn’t edible, really aggrevates me. Whoever is looking after your ovens needs to take more care and not let your pizza burn to charcoal on the bottom and over cook the top. Pizza Margherita with fresh basil does not look like this. Basil is burnt and pizza dry and overcooked. You can do better guys, I know you can!

If you want a high quality product. Look no further than Baker Bleu. Their croissants, Pain Au Chocolat are to die for. Not to mention it is great to see them looking after a local brand “Simon Says” with juice. Their sandwiches are to die for, just make sure you’re early. Fantastic to see Chef Neil Perry today amidst the action. So close to a local park for a fantastic picnic!
