Beverly Hills Bakery (Delivery only)

The service is excellent. Manuel has help me to reschedule my delivery because the restaurant do not able to receive the cake so I was trying to contact the customer service to change the delivery address at the very late night on Friday. Luckily I have received a call on Saturday morning 830 and the driver is able to change the delivery location which I’m very grateful for the company to offering this last-minute changes for my order. My friend and me really like the cake. It is very present of packaging is very professional. I will recommend to my friend to order in the further in the Beverly Hills Bakery.

I ordered this cake after much research, pondering and hesitation. Only because – who orders from a place you’ve never heard of or never tasted right?

Believe me, I am THRILLED I did.

I ordered a Strawberries and cream cake and a cheesecake. Both were the most delicious cakes. The bakery is super helpful and the cakes arrived in the most incredible premium boxes with ribbons. I would highly recommend the Beverly Hills Bakery products and delivery, definitely 5 stars form me.

These people are AMAZING! I found out a friend of mine was seriously ill in hospital and thought I knew where he was for the Classic Gift basket to be delivered. When Manuel tried to deliver the hospital had no details of my friend. He then went through all the patient lists and even tried to the private hospital next door as they couldn’t get in contact with me as I was abroad. When Manuel eventually could get hold of me and I’d found out my friend was back home, not only did they say they would bake and deliver a fresh batch of goodies for the next day, he also said he would deliver it to my friend’s house even though it’s outside of London and normally wouldn’t go that far, and also at no extra charge! These guys are total heroes and I’ve been reliably informed the baked goods were delicious (and plentiful!). Thank you so so much Manuel. You made a stressful situation a beautiful example of human kindness 🙂
