What do Breadtop World Square visitors reviews this place?
Low level of service awareness. After I paid my breads, a clerk dropped one of them while she was taking the tray, and then she just picked it up like nothing wrong had happened even without a simple “sorry“, ignoring the fact that the chocolate sauce has spilled. Hope this store will raise its service standards.
Good variety of breads and buns. Taste very like in Asia
Pretty sure I lived on this stuff while we were in Sydney. Even better first thing in the morning when the rolls were still warm.
The tastiest on-go snacks you’ve ever may had. extremely perfectly cooked and preserved. I wish the staff would be a little friendlier and more patient, especially with first-time visitors like me ..
I decided to make purchase from Breadtop because of some egg tart promotion they are running. Due to stock mismanagement in this branch, they asked me to make the trip back to the same shop 1 hour later when they have the egg tarts ready. I suggested that they provide me with something else in lieu of the egg tart to save me a trip. They insisted that it can only be the egg tart and that I have to make the trip back.
Already paid for the product and I’ll have to forfeit that egg tart owing to me. They don’t understand that some customers have a busy day and can’t make the extra trip.
Bad customer service and don’t respect customer’s time. Lets the customer take the burden of their inventory mismanagement and can’t be intelligently flexible.
If something takes long to make, then simply start making it earlier. Instead, they run some promotion on a product not available for half of the day and wants customers to put up with internal company operation nonsense.
Looking for recipe to yummy products, but instead got a recipe for disappointment. They have lots of excuses, but not a lot of customer service.
