Can’t pass without writing a review on this great shop
Two weeks ago, I went into the shop across ‘hole in the wall’, just to see what’s inside . I was delighted with what I discovered. In front of me were scones and porridge bread made from oats and some with coconut on it. Those were just perfect to what I need, as I was not able to make my own (more or less of the same ingredients) because of the busy work schedule. I ordered 4 different types that day for a price of 5.20, a good value. True enough, they taste good and at least from oats not from the usual white flour. I went back again the following week to get my 4 pieces in the other shop. The staff were all very good and happy with what they’re doing. It’s just sad, I can’t have any now as they close until after New Year. Anyway, I’ll be one of those who will line up, looking forward to my porridge scones and trying some of their many delights.
I commend your effort in making great bread using alternative ingredients from the usual white flour, and hopefully for sugar as these are highly inflammatory and spikes blood glucose. More on this please for there’s just not many source of healthier options.
Cheers to the owner, management and staff.

I had an almond, apple, and cinnamon scone, it was nice and fluffy with rich flavor. The tea was well and refreshingly strong. Lovely folks working here and a great morning craic with other patrons. Also very cheap for the quality you get, only €4.35 for the scone and tea!
This is such a lovely little cafe. Centrally located. Really nice coffee, freshly baked scones served with sides of favoured jams Staff are really friendly, and it’s very reasonably priced. A must visit #supportlocalbusiness
Referred by employee @ Three to come here for cranberry scone & coffee. Got scone & lemon/ginger tea. Excellent toasted, moist & FLAVOR brilliant!
