Butter Baker Market Café

Tiny space to dine in at the back yet we were able to get a table at brunch on a weekend without waiting too long.
Options weren’t boring but familiar to typical breakfast.

The quality itself was good but I did expect a little better for the breakfast.
The baking (croissant and cookie) were too notch though! 👌🏽

I would definitely go back and can’t wait to taste all the other goodies!

This bakery changed a lot since it first opened. I originally would go here for the famous lemon meringue croissant and honestly, I wasn’t a fan but I’m not the best person to ask about anything meringue based. I didn’t think I gave it a good shot so I came back and selected pastries that fit more of my flavour profile. And now, I consistently think about the bakery like all the time. I recommend it to people all the time.

I can’t say much about the Cafe part since I haven’t really gone to the ‘restaurant’ area of the bakery. I’m vouching more about the bakery aspect of it.

I love the croissants themselves. I like the standard plain ones, I love any of the savoury ones, and some fruit ones. My go-to is the strawberry custard croissant (don’t know the official name). When I’m in this part of the city, I usually pick that and something new up because my fiancé and I crave Butter Baker on a daily basis. It’s a crime I don’t come home with a pastry knowing I passed by it.

I’d also love to give a shout out to different things they offer – I love the variation of their coffees/lattes/beverages. I also love their soft serve in the summer time!

I will always be returning for the baked goods, but I’d also love to try the cafe at one point !

This cafe/bakery has a small menu of great waffles and beverages. There are few seats to dine in at the back and the service was nice. The potatoe wedges were seasoned well and the waffles were well made served with delicious ice cream. The cakes were also very tasty.

Food was good.. the waffle is one of the favorite 🧇 they are crispy and fresh!

The smoked salmon was great, sauce was good not too bitter.

They also made nice ice chocolate. The flat white was very well made, but the beans were a little dark for my taste and they don’t have another option unfortunately…

The service was great 😊 and it’s a nice place and cute aesthetic.

I always go there for their monthly soft serve special! This month is passion fruit, orange, guava puree and yogurt flavor. It is insanely delicious and refreshing. Perfect texture and not too sweet. Go get one right now!
