Hello and advice to all
We have been a customer for several months with the Company
(account number 60572653)
We are part of a group purchase via GESPRA for seniors’ residence
We place orders once every 2 weeks (approximately 140-150 loaves per delivery)
Two weeks ago, as usual we placed our order but no delivery, no notice. We call the delivery man, no return, we call the head office, no return.
Finally 1 week later, we were verbally informed that we are too small as a customer, that the delivery person is overloaded and that therefore Canada Bread will not be able to honor its commitments in order to respect the contract put in place.
