I bought three different swiss rolls yesterday and they were fabulous. The custard flavor one was exceptionally fresh and tasty. It is also priced so well. I also once ordered a cake for my sister’s bday from there and it was great too. Their bread is also unreal. Cannot recommend it enough!!
Bought a sourdough loaf, well if you call it that. It was heavy and dence, not like tasteless bread. Found exactly what went wrong in this bakery when baking their sourdough bread.
It might be cold dough. One of the most common mistakes is having a dough temperature that’s too low for the starter to feed on all the flour in the dough, resulting in a crumb that’s dense, with fewer openings. “Starter is happiest and most active at around 75.

Wonderful range of bread, cakes and pastries baked daily on the premises. Lovely staff. This is a local favourite.
Beautiful cakes as always. They even put my Easter cake aside for me. Was really appreciated
Great little bakery. Very friendly. I did not like the white sourdough, but that’s just a personal opinion.
