What do Fabbrica Bread Shop visitors reviews this place?
The topping seemed to be of good quality but the bread was cold, wet and texture wasn’t as good as salumerie. Croissant wasn’t outstanding either. It may have been better if it was warmed up but from other reviews it seems their oven isn’t that good at heating up🤔it’s ironic a bakery using such high quality ingredients wouldn’t invest in a better oven or ensure the bread is properly heated.
Amazing focaccia sandwiches. The highlight for us was the beef vindaloo pie – the beef curry inside was tasty and delicious and being a South Indian I can vouch for it being close to authentic. For a pie filling that tastes better than any vindaloo dish in a restaurant I’ve eaten in Australia, that speaks a lot about the fare here. Will be returning to sample more!
Pastry goodness in a cute place in very nice neighbourhood, tastes authentic and the topping uses fresh ingredients. Definitely had better croissant in other place, but the varieties here is refreshing to try.
Exciting news for pastry enthusiasts! A fantastic new bakery has emerged from the talented Fabricca team. With an array of delightful pastries, including some funky savory options I’m eager to explore, this bakery is making waves.
Situated within Maloney’s Grocer, it offers a cozy ambiance with a few seats and tables outside in the walkway. The coffee, although decent, truly shines when paired with their fantastic pastries. It’s the perfect spot to indulge in a delightful combination of good coffee and exquisite baked treats. Can’t wait to try more of their offerings on my next visit!
Fabbrica, if you are going to charge $19 for a takeaway sandwich at least have a sign with the price. I left with bill shock and will be boycotting you for awhile. No takeaway sandwich for one person is worth $19. Yes your food tastes great but price fairly. No more fabbrica for me out of principle, not sure the locals will continue to support that pricing. Your staff are great, the atmosphere is great but I can’t rate 5 when you are charging that price. Update: inflation is down atm.
