Fabrique Bakery Hoxton

A taste of Stockholm in London! A really lovely, cosy bakery in Hoxton. We arrived at noon and all of the cinnamon buns had gone and there were only a few things left but what we did have was lovely. Soft, chewy buns and great cardamom flavour. Tasty coffee too. On the expensive side but friendly and nice seating in the sunshine too!

Wow, fantastic and fika! A very high quality Swedish bakery, here locally in London. The cardamom bun was fresh and to die for. I also got a small rye bun and having a sandwich on it right now for dinner as I type this; very good bread and it really enhanced the whole item. Plus very friendly service – will return (on the regular!)

Delicious though not transcendent. They make a mean cinnamon bun here, coffee can be strong, limited seating within smell shot of some bins.

Staff is friendly, offering recommendations, selection is varied, experience is not hurried and generally quiet.

Delicious baked goods, a very authentic bakery feel. I had the cardamom and the walnut buns. Both were yummy!

A factory/bakery not a coffee shop, with a cosy atmosphere and personally I enjoyed watching the bakers at work!
