Great Quiche, super coffee on a wet and rainy day. Fun atmosphere. Friday service.
Had a delicious broccoli, leek, and bacon soup with bread for lunch with my two kids (11 and 8). Service was lovely and a nice quick turnover of tables, no waiting around. Will be back to try the sausage roll and some of the breads.
We have had lovely lunches here, and bought some really tasty bread to take away with us. Staff were happy to share with us the recipe for the salad that we thought was delicious.
Expensive but excellent. Extremely cool and beautiful staff. Delicious baked goods and lovely sandwiches. Great coffee. Nice place to sit. Main seating is up some stairs so no good with buggy and not accessible for all.
Cake was not dry, very moist with the icing which was a bit overly sweet. Very lovely looking bread although didn’t try. Turmeric cookie was interesting flavoured, dry, well spiced (not spicy though) got better the more you tasted it. 7/10 for the cookie but depends on your taste – some people would rate it lower. Goes well with cup of tea (which is loose leaf).
