Fraynes Bakery

Very nice place to have quick snack. Soup and bread was scrumptious. My kids enjoyed the meal too. Staff extremely polite and always smiling. Highly recommend this place.

Had a veggie breakfast here recently. WAY overpriced for what I got which consisted of 2 poached eggs small ramekin of baked beans 1 tomato and a bit of fried potato and onion ( I reckon sbout 1 porato sliced). No veggie sausage, no mushrooms or avocado. Was charged €12.50 ,WITHOUT tea and toast which were respectively, €2 and ,€2.75 for. A total of over €17 for a breakfast with no protein? Plus the seats were VERY uncomfortable hard iorn v straight backs. I’m just over hip surgery and by the time I came out of the place my hips and lower back were on fire with pain. Not to mention the migraine I had because Eastern Europeans had taken over several tables and wre allowed run amok with both them and their kids screaming their heads off. Staff should be intervening with regard to obnoxious antisocial behaviour and I wasn’t the only customer fed up either. Very poor accessibility too narrow doors that are swing doors would be very hard to get in if you have any form.of frame or walking aid and if you are in a wheelchair forget it its just not possible due to the building. However they could and should make the doorway more accessible.

We always get the cakes from fraynes for birthdays for the family. They are delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not really enough as I asked for a full Irish, but no black and white pudding mushrooms and the tomato wasn’t cooked at all, but in general it was tasty ‘ and best Apple tart and cream i had in years.

Always a very pleasant breakfast in fraynes. Very welcoming staff and food is delicious! Very accommodating when bringing in small children.
