What a gem Petone is very lucky to have this business. I have never been into a bakery with such a large range of gluten free delights. We had custard squares donuts and pies. The owners were helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to visit this place again you are very lucky Wellington.

Probably the best gluten free shop I’ve ever been in. So many gluten free products! They also make loads of fresh food like pies, quiches, cakes, and pastries. We had a pie heated up for us which was delicious. The staff were super friendly too. Literally everything in the shop is 100% gluten free

The Traiteur de Paris gluten free chocolate fondant we had for dessert is a 6 star treat in texture and taste! Texture was both crisp and lightly creamy. Not too sweet which surprised us. Expertly deep in chocolate. It beats the original wheat flour recipe by a long shot.

Love this place! Have visited a few times on trips to Wellington. Absolutely awesome fresh gluten free food. Heaven on a plate for a coeliac. Always craving their custard squares! A great selection of international gf goodies in their retail section. Also able to order my treats online no problem at all. Great experience! 😊

Sooooo exciting to have somewhere where everything is GF! Such a good variety of gluten free food – treats, larder essentials, savoury treats, cakes! Wide variety of Schär food which all the European coeliacs will be familiar with!Every coeliac MUST go and come away with an awesome selection of safe food.
