Came early in the morning and had the matcha and the chocolate hazelnut canelé. It is a small bakery; minimal seating with a few bread selection and the sweets cabinet. Some items are still being prepared so best to visit late in the morning for the full menu. The canelés had a thin and crunchy exterior, inside was soft and moist like bread pudding. The matcha flavour one had a pretty good matcha taste, a little earthy and not too sweet. The chocolate hazelnut can get a little messy as it was coated in chocolate. It was nice that there was a whole hazelnut on top and another one inside wrapped with some chocolate hazelnut paste; probably the first canelé I’ve had which had some filling rather than just flavoured. Both were tasty but very small compared to standard size; literally two bites each. Flat white was good with a decent coffee strength and not milky.
Great tasting three cheese toasty with olives and some chili too. Flat white was fine, though nothing amazing. The take away cup shape is not optimal, and the (paper) sipping nozzle on the cap got soggy quickly.
Some issues: Ridiculously tiny area where you will wait (and wait some more) for your order. It’s basically a walk-in closet. Doesn’t seem like a particularly comfortable space for eat-in either. Secondly, my take-away order’s coffee was delivered ages before the toastie was ready, so by the time I got to my desk to eat (3 minutes away), the flat white was tepid.

Delicious canelé!! We got matcha, black sesame, vanilla and houjicha and they were all so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My friend said her curry chicken toastie was great as well! Unfortunately the store is very small and not many seats available so takeaway is best.
I tried the gluten free mandarin chiffon. It was so soft and fluffy. I could not taste any difference that it was gluten free. Just a bit pricey.
