What do La Meunerie Urbaine visitors reviews this place?
Delicate pastries but a little too greasy for my taste. My butter croissant is very airy and the crust is very crispy and thin, however I would prefer it a little less greasy. Its flavor is very unique, feels like there is just a hint of spice or something but not overwhelming at all. Pain Suisse is a little too chocolaty 😭 Overall just not my style, but I do appreciate the level of craftsmanship that the chef has put into making his baked goods.
This place does not need a good review from me. Anyone who has tried the bread or pastries from here, already know that they’re top. If you don’t already know, quickly make your way.
There are many kinds of bread. All made with easy to digest flour. Delicious and fresh. You can buy some and freeze to have.
Unfortunately for me, their croissants, pain au chocolate, muffins, cookies… all delicious.
It is pricey but not expensive because the value warrants the price.
It is great to see that they’re expanding. We want them to be around for a long time.

Line is always super long cause everyone raves about their bread !! Their new location is gorgeous with lots of options. We got their cheesecake. They used to offer slices but because of high demand and long lines they don’t have time to cut the cheesecake into slices so they only sell the full think for about $30 which is a big jump if you just wanted a slice 😭
The quality of bread here is untouchable! You’ll be hard pressed- to find a better quality product at the price point offered here. I work locally, around the bakery & I imagine if that ends, I will still make the trip to stock up on my bread supply exclusively from here! 🍞
No ingredient particularly screams out, so it almost tasted bland at the first bite. However, by the time I finished a slice of the bread, I found myself enjoying every chew of it.
