What do Lune Croissanterie Melbourne CBD visitors reviews this place?
Luckily the wait was not long only 10 minutes for our turn. I have heard before that sometimes you are unlucky when they are sold out for the day. So pretty good day for us all the flavors were available. We ordered the traditional plan croissant, almond, everything (cream cheese and thyme) croissant, lemon curd, and cinnamon. We also order a flat white, cappuccino and hot chocolate.
Lune’s croissant did not fail us, all the flavors were amazing, the crunch of the croissant was musical and the coffee was really good.
I recommend this place if you are craving for a tasty flavorful croissant while in the city.
The croissant wasn’t bad, but I don’t agree with the hype. I think it had too much air in it and wasn’t doughy enough. The flavor was flat, not buttery and not sweet enough. It looked very perfect but I have had better croissants for sure.
Not much to say about service or atmosphere. I suppose the staff are just working through the queue as quickly as they can.

I’ve been so curious about this place for months since I arrived in Melbourne last November. I didn’t make it last time when I tried to visit but the queue was just crazy.
This time when I passed by, it’s not too bad so I ended up getting 2 basic croissant to prove the hype.
Well, here is my personal thoughts:
I would say the croissant is good, so buttery, flaky, and crispy even when I don’t heat it up and bought it in the afternoon.
However, paying $20 only for a pain au choco and almond croissant is just too overpriced and overrated when you can get the same quality or even a better croissant out there with the same or cheaper price.
This is not a bad review, I’m just sharing my personal thoughts.
Guys, please hire me 🤣!
