Cake was moist and surprisingly for layered chocolate cake the sweetness was barely and not over powering.
Loved everything about the cafe. Tranquil music to match the aesthetics and theme.
An exquisite place for lunch. We were in London for a week and came here 3 times! The sandwiches are spectacular, such fresh crunchy bread, beautiful fillings. All the pastries are lovely too. Great atmosphere and great service – five stars!
Nice place to take your morning coffee with the sweets or even something more. Mozzarella cheese ciabatta was very good.
The service was nice, and the atmosphere is your normal quaint bakery. The pastries looked appetizing in the window, but unfortunately weren’t the best. I got a croissant, a pastel de nata, and an apricot pastry; all of which were very dry and didn’t have much flavor. I ordered at 10am, so you would think they would still be fresh. The coffee was pretty good. I would recommend trying any of the other great bakeries in the area instead of this one.
One star becuase they keep putting the bread out on the shelf without any covering – so people just cough, sneeze, and fart all over the “fresh” produce. Move the bread away, behind the counter!
