Pinch of Salt Pastries & Coffee

Love, love their cinnamon honey latte. It is the best!!! The coffee is amazing already, but when they add the cinnamon and honey, it takes on a new level of great! Their pastries are really good. You can’t find gluten free pastries done this well. The brioche with sausage is very tasty, and the cinnamon rolls are delicious. The cake pops are so rich. They are the perfect size for that amount of goodness. The place is a nice size. It wasn’t too crowded on a weekday. It did get busier as we were leaving around 10.

Placed an order for pickup while we were in the area and everything was great! We have two celiacs at home, so safe bakery items and sausage rolls (kolaches) are hard to come by, especially ones that taste amazing. You’d never know they were gluten free!

There aren’t enough words to show how appreciative I am of Pinch of Salt. After having to be gluten, dairy, and soy free due to health issues, I thought I could never enjoy food again like I did before. Pinch of Salt was the answer to all my prayers! They not only make delicious pastries and desserts, but they are hands down better than any food I had pre dietary restrictions. My fiancé and I are simply awestruck every time we eat their food! After visiting their adorable shop and taking frequent visits to local coffee shops in Fort Worth that carry their pastries, I put in an inquiry for them to make my birthday cake. First of all, they absolutely nailed the inspo pic! The cake was PERFECT (ignore the cherries, they were glittered and SO CUTE until my fiancé hit a bump in the road lol) and so yummy! We got the brown sugar vanilla flavor and all my guests couldn’t believe it was GF DF and said it was the best cake they ever had. It made my birthday all the more special so thank you Pinch of Salt! I can’t thank you and your wonderful staff enough! The only thing I wish is that you could ship cakes nationwide. I would love for y’all to make our wedding cake for our destination wedding! But until then I will keep supporting you and recommending you to everyone I know.

This bakery+coffee shop is AMAZING. I don’t need gluten-free, but I was just blown away by the quality of all the gf baked items; I wouldn’t have known it was gf!

We tried the kolache, poppy seed pound cake, blondie, brownie, and a chocolate chip cookie with a nice cup of coffee. Everything was delicious. The space was lovely, and the gentleman at the front was patient and took our order with such positive vibes.

I’m just so excited to have found a local bakery this good! We’ll be back to try other seasonal items too. 🙂

We needed to get a gluten free & dairy free cake for my mom’s birthday party at the last minute. Tried calling a few times, but something must have been wrong with the phones. Abby texted us soon after asking what she could help with and apologized for the phones acting up.
Got our order placed for same day pick up of the double chocolate GF DF cake with a personalized fondant message!
To say we were all impressed with the quality and deliciousness of the cake would be an understatement. Everyone at the party couldn’t believe it was GF/DF!! Being gluten free for about 15 years, I can confidently say that it was the best cake I’ve had. Thank you Pinch of Salt for the excellent customer service and for creating a place that I can get pastries without worries of getting sick or cross-contamination. We will definitely be back soon; can’t wait to try all of the other options!!
