Proof Bread

AMAZINGGGGG 🤩 my very favorite bread. The true sourdough recipe feels light and fresh in your tummy and you still get that tasty bread experience. Their store has sourdough pizza!! Which they don’t have at farmers markets. My favorite of their products are the almond croissant, rosemary twist, cheddar jalapeño bread and olive boule! Sorry I only got a pic of the pizza

We stopped at Proof Bread, twice in early December. We picked up a country loaf and a jalapeño cheddar loaf, a pack of brioche, along with a couple of coffee mugs the first time and 3 more loafs of the jalapeño cheddar the second time. They have all been delicious so far. We froze and vacuum sealed the last one of the jalapeño cheddar loaves and brought it back home to Iowa, to save for a future special dinner. I’m so happy to have been able to come in! Thank you and to your team!
EXCELLENT BREAD!

The bread is amazing! Really enjoyed picking up a loaf of sourdough bread from this bakery. It was perfect for our morning breakfast sandwiches.

Also tried one of their cinnamon rolls and it was one of the best I’ve had. Super crispy, warm, and a nice blend of ingredients. We ate it before we could take a picture of it LOL!

Will definitely be making this bakery our one stop shop for fresh bread! Customer service was 10/10!

I have tried many items and have not been disappointed. Service is always prompt and friendly. The flavor ignites the senses. Fresh baked, you cannot beat it. Local, love it. Thank you!

My new happy place! Discovered this little, hidden gem today. As a former pastry chef this place is the truth! A true artisan bakery. Whatever you get will be amazing. Grabbed a baguette, sourdough croissant and a country sourdough loaf. Mind boggling good.
