Publique Bakery

First time visiting Publique Bakery and I was not disappointed! The rye bread is so dense and incredibly filling and the taste is just amazing. The croissant and the cinnamon scroll were delicious. There was a line up but it moves quickly. The bakery prices are probably the best I have come across! I look forward to visiting again soon!

I recently tried this place after seeing the hype and ordered two items. Not that they were bad but for the price and how oily they were I wasn’t too pleased:/ I did enjoy the pistachio pastry but the garlic croissant I got was pretty difficult to eat. Not to mention the pastries sit out for while and are served as they are so they also come basically cold.
I don’t think I’d go again but it really depends on how you like your pastries! It’s a hit or miss

If you’re looking for fresh out of the oven hot French bakery foods, then this is a must visit!!! Amazing quality and tasteful selection of pastries and breads, including good coffee. Hard to beat compared to other similar bakeries.

The bakery is so Fresh, delicious, affordable, valued price. We buy their bakery every time we go preston market. So good that you can find 1-2 dollars tasty bakery for your family 🌟

A major find on my first trip to Preston Market… some great pastries and bread… very tempted to have a second round of pastries… but my will power held out
