Whenever there’s queue, there must be good foods / coffees!
Passed by this cafe and decided to queue and tried their coffee, soy flat white. It was good! Unfortunately I was already full from all various snacks, otherwise I’d get their pastries, too.
Oh and I love their open kitchen concept.

Beautiful french bakery that is so good that it is the only shop in the market that had a queue before they open the shop at 8. Baker visible through the window too. Crossaint was fantastic and coffee was good. Only feedback is it is winter and coffee needs to be more hotter.
The place looks very good, the bread looks sensational and the staff are friendly… It’s tucked at the back but if you enter from the Commercial Road entrance it’s pretty much the first store on the right. We only ordered one item but unfortunately it missed the mark with presentation (see pic) and temperature as it was meant to be served hot and it was warm on top and cold inside but I’m sure this was a one-off. I will definitely go back as most of the stuff looked really great…

Flaky texture with layered, a lot of Raisin and it’s the main sweet come from. You can taste the maple syrup on the surface. Overall is not too sweet and perfect.

It’s a lovely baker at phraran market with friendly staffs. The coffee is great and the Danish strawberry was so delicious and chrunchy. There are a lot of option to choose for having a bite. The bread looks amazing.
