What do Sebastien Sans Gluten visitors reviews this place?
The best gluten free pastries out there. Can’t go past any of the croissants but the pies really do hit the spot as well. My partner who is not GF rates these as the best pastries and I believe pricing reflects the quality of product. Great coffee and not to mention the incredible service every time you step foot in the door to check the customers are all doing okay and taken care of. Would travel from far and wide for anything from Sebastian San Gluten
Food: Ham and Cheese GF croissant and GF Paris Brest.
Croissant
Visual Appeal: light golden with dark brown edges speckled in appropriate spots. Visually appealing.
Texture: soft mouthfeel
Taste: could taste the perfect balance of yeast, salt, flour alternative. The saltiness from the Ham, however, slightly camouflaged the taste of the delicious Croissant dough. Also, a slightly milder cheese would better balance the product in both texture and flavour.

Paris Brest: Beautiful piping work of choux pastry. Flavour a little too sweet. Texture was amazing and crispy on every bite.
Service: Outstanding
Atmosphere: homely and welcoming.
I got the chicken pie (12.95) and carrot cake (9.95) and both were so delicious, exceeded my expectations! You wouldn’t know the cake was GF at all, best I’ve had. It is on the pricey side but worth it for a treat. Service was friendly and prompt.
5 stars for this place, replicated the sans gluten bakeries in Paris, quality is at the same level, love it well done and thanks for thinking of celiacs!!!! You give us the joy of being able to eat these dishes when not many chefs do, thank you legend Sebastian
I tried Sebastien’s gluten-free pastries for the first time today, and they exceeded my expectations. The pastry was light and fluffy, just as it should be. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed gluten-free food this much. I had the opportunity to meet the owner/chef, and my impression of him was that he is gifted and creates food from his soul. I highly recommend Sebastien’s food to anyone, regardless of whether or not they have celiac disease. It’s amazing!
