About this restaurants :
Don’t know what’s not to like here. The best cupcakes I’ve ever had. They don’t taste homemade. They taste like something special that I can’t do myself. Love the seasonal options and especially for Disney springs it’s an affordable dessert.
I ordered my cupcakes online and I really wanted the Barbie cupcake but they were sold out on the app. I was a little sad but I know how good Sprinkles cupcakes are so I ordered a box of 4 to share with my friends. When I arrived to pick up my order, one of my friends asked the young lady that works there if it was possible to exchange the flavor I had chosen (Strawberry) for a Barbie cupcake because she saw they were still available. The young lady that works there brought me my order in addition to the Barbie cupcake. I was delighted knowing that I would get the chance to try it! So I asked the young lady how much would it cost me and she told me no charge. Needless to say, I was overjoyed by her kind gesture and wonderful customer service. She really made my day. I’ve been to several Sprinkles locations (California and Tampa, Fl) and I am always impressed by their customer service. Today was a great example of why I love Sprinkles so much. Not to mention how yummy their cupcakes are! I wish I knew her name, but either way this review is my thanks to her and the staff at the Disney Springs location. My visit was between 7:15-7:45 on March 19, 2024. If anyone knows the girl that was handing out orders and gave me the Barbie one for free, please tell her I said thank you! Also, if any reps from Sprinkles sees this, please find it in your heart to not get her in trouble. I was more than willing to pay for it, but she made the experience exceptional. And I am a fan for life!
We cannot visit Disney Springs and not stop by Sprinkles. It seems as if the level of service is not the same as it was the last time we visited this location. It was almost to the point that we could skip the human interaction and use the kiosk based on the service we received. It was not bad but it was not good. Especially when you have a baseline to compare it to from a previous trip.
We go to this location every time we go to Disney springs. The cupcakes are the best I’ve ever had. The service is great everyone is always nice. Even on days when it’s busy we enjoy using the vending machine to beat the longer lines. Well worth the price, a real treat!
I feel sorry for those unlucky customers to receive bad service, but I always have the best customer service experience.
They sell super fresh and fancy cupcakes and as the name suggests the cupcakes are fancy and pricey they shouldn’t be confused with muffins. So the size is small and the frosting is too sweet.
The whole point of self order is to cut costs and I for one am happy to use technology and place an order it’s almost 2024.
So if people complain about the size they are mistaking muffins and if they complain about not to be greeted properly it’s not a 5 star restaurant it’s a self service shop. If being independent bothers you and you are digital illiterate then you shall buy your “muffins” from Costco.
