Really cool to see a place in the North Country that has pork roll! The inside is a modern industrial style shop filled with neatly crafted baked goods, good coffee, and cool menu options.

I stopped in for the first time with a close friend and had an amazing experience. The vibe of the place is very somber and calm, which is a nice change to the area. The coffee is brewed well and is rich in flavor, and everything from the bakery is great. I saw a poster in there that said to support tattooed veterans, which I thought was awesome. The entire staff was professional and loved to chat with my buddy and I. Highly recommend going here.

I miss this place so much! I moved away awhile ago but I miss the coffee and the best cookies ever. Each seasonal flavor is worth a try. They take time to decorate and make some of the best cookies I’ve ever had (don’t tell my mother.) the breakfast sandwich is filling. The portions are hearty. The staff has always been kind and patient when I ordered there. I may never go back to the area but I have a half a heart to do it just to have coffee here again.

stopped in for a quick pastry and got an apple cream cheese danish. very delicious and great presentation overall! the atmosphere and vibe in the cafe is so cute and classy!

We ordered from Starch for an employee breakfast and IT WAS FANTASTIC! Everything from the scones (highly recommend the lemon) to the muffins (raspberry, blueberry and coffee cake) to the breakfast sandwiches was gobbled up with no crumbs left! Happy employees and the price was great too! Thank you so much!
