Wednesday was my first time trying out Sweet Flour. I try and send a different birthday treat to my nephew every year and found them with a quick google search. The cookie cake looked so good! It was very easy to order, came decorated just as I had requested (mine was a very simple request so I can’t speak to how well they do custom requests) and delivery to Etobicoke went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend!
If I could put 10+ stars for service I would. The customer experience is UNMATCHED! This is my second year purchasing holiday gifts through Sweet Flour for 60+ different locations. I am in awe of the care and attention to detail every person I have worked with has! Multiple addresses in my list ended up needing updates, and the Sweet Flour reps (Stacy, and other names I cannot see unfortunately) were amazing both with my requests and letting me know of changes needed. Extremely grateful is an understatement. If you need business holiday gifts Sweet Flour should be your #1 choice!
The DIY cookie cake was amazing!
Unlike other pre-packaged DIY kits, there was MORE than enough icing and sprinkles (you can see I tried to generously cover the entire cookie and there was still at least half of the icing left for each colour and a full packet of sprinkles).
The icing was also not too sweet – it was creamy, smooth and just the right amount of sweetness that it wasn’t over powering.
The cookie itself was delicious! Fresh, soft and chewy with large and generous amounts of chocolate chunks.
I had this delivered which was easy and hassle-free (and got to select a time to ensure I was home).
I received a box of cookies for my birthday from a distant friend. The packaging was very elegant and professional. The cookies were even better. I received an assortment of them. They were not overly sweet and were the right size and thickness. I never heard of Sweet Flour until now and will certainly use them for future occasions..
