What do The Bakery visitors reviews this place?
Honestly, ever since they closed for renovation the food has been subpar. They have messed up our orders multiple times. Yes they will apologise and redo it but we order it, collect then take it home then have to go back with the food every time then wait for them to recook it. I’m sure some of the recipes have changed too. The chicken burger chicken fillets are better but other than that, it’s gone worse.
There may be more seating now to dine in but honestly the velvet sofas are a nightmare for Neurodivergent people.
It is NOT child friendly (it asks if it is when I wrote the review). It is more for 20-30 year olds.
The cost is quite high for what you get.
It is NOT wheelchair accessible. There’s a ledge you have to get up to get in. No ramp like they have in the shop next door.
The music can be very loud too. Can be hard for people to hear each other over it. So it isn’t a relaxing place to eat. It’s more like trying to eat in a club.
Those issues could be ignored if the food was as good as it used to be but it really isn’t. There’s other takeaways in the area that I’ll be going to instead.

Me and my bf order from here too often but it’s the best food we have had from a small business take away , every time we order we say it just never disappoints, go to place every time we want something sweet or savery
Visited the Bakery after coming across the business on Tik Tok. Purchased the mini cake. Was told by the staff member the cakes were baked yesterday. The sponge was hard and dry. The cake was clearly more than a day old.
Honestly great food. Ordered the cheeseburger and cookie dough for dessert. Up there with one of the best foods I’ve had in a while. Staff and vibe inside was great too
