The Grumpy Bakers

What an adorable little cafe/Bakery. The Baristas were so kind and great at explaining what is available. The selection of sourdough loafs is amazing. They have a nice assortment of sandwiched, pastries and cookies. I had the almond croissant and it is one of the best I have ever had! My cappuccino was made perfectly with a great flavour. I would highly recommend popping in the place, having a seat in the quaint seating area and enjoy the relaxing vibe.

Well I’m glad I came here on the last day of the year, as If I started a new year on the best sandwich I’ve ever had It would be impossible to top.
Mediterranean focaccia was impeccable and I wish there was a grumpy Baker in Derbyshire I would keep them sold out.

Pastries are life changing, the Tiramisu cruffin is so good it will literally rearrange your brain chemistry. Absolutely delish. 10/10. Staff are super great as well, went through a lot of effort to figure out if one of the pastries has nuts in for someone who asked.

Really nice bakery / cafe, the place is humming. Well priced, nice staff and good atmosphere. The selection of breads and sandwiches is very good however the selection of pastries is phenomenal. Definitely worth a visit. If your humming and hawing about visiting just go you won’t regret it.

Nice little bakery. It smells absolutely amazing in there. The menu offers a large variety of sweet and savoury goodies. Coffee and tea was nice too. Would have given 5 stars if the toilets were clean.
