Very friendly relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of cakes to choose from. Pet friendly. I had the Cheese/Ham sandwich,( toasted option available) I didn’t have it toasted. It was Fabulous. Also had a Cappuccino which was lovely. Staff is very friendly. Lovely views from window seats.

We went to have a casual breakfast yesterday and the experience was a bit strange. I was asked if I wanted my croissant toasted, which they supposedly did, but it was really cold. The cheese didn’t even melt. Also, they were extremely slow preparing everything, I wouldn’t recommend going there when in a hurry. The rest of the breakfast was okay but nothing special either.

Absolutely shocking staff. I’ve been treated with rudeness, sarcasm and passive aggression in the past year there despite going there for a long time and spending a decent amount of money there. You go in and you’re greeted with a blank expression and “y’ok?”, then you’re not looked at while you’re being served. Like someone’s doing you a favour.

I’ve given feedback twice through their website, twice through Facebook, I’ve even phoned their orders number to try to speak to someone. I didn’t get one response despite how bad the staff are. I’ve seen other reviews about the staff gossiping about customers and I totally believe that.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I’d skip the Spar too as it does improve much there. Incredibly counter productive attitude towards customers.

Went in to look for gluten free bread, as advertised on their website, they don’t have any. Disappointed we still took Tea and a Latte, with a vegan sausage roll. Drinks are basic, latte sub par, but food was good. Overall disappointed but service was good.

Staff gossip about customers and their annoying laughter is annoying. They have openly racist behavior and could be more friendly to customers or focus on keeping the place clean for the next customer instead of making derogatory comments about different countries amongst themselves. I live locally and visit here frequently if this continues ı will Share some videos on Community FP and wp groups .Manager needs training dark-brown Skinner young lady .
