To Be Frank Bakery

Great croissant, prefer this little hide away artisan bakery than the famous tourist trap one near Brunswick road. The ambience is just like sitting in a bakery and enjoy fresh bakery on spot.

I found this place over hunting for locally made panettone for Christmas. However now I enjoy their bakery any occasion I could find myself in the area.

Honestly, everything was pretty good. The Kouign Amann is a must, the best one I’ve had so far.

The place looks pretty nice and it’s nice when bakeries let you in in the process, watching the chefs doing prep and baking.

Nice service and excellent pastries, recommend raspberry danish and focaccia. Focaccia was sold out in just 10min, so popular! Worth the price.

This place was packed to the rafters inside and out on a Saturday morning, with a queue out the door waiting to order.

My Eggplan and Tahini Scroll was crunchy but soft enough to be springy. The soft pieces of eggplant in a savoury dough were punctuated by black and white sesame seeds.

The Kouign-Amman was buttery and sweet as it should be, considering its main ingredients. It was decadently rich but so satisfying with a good coffee.

There was a range of traditional and unique Viennoiserie on offer at this artisan bakery. Their values and methods ensure they’ll remain popular with the ethically conscious crowd.

A district Collingwood warehouse vibe with a unique selection of pastries & breads, specialising in deluxe croissants. Also a great selection of vegan pastries.
