What do To Live For Bakery & Cafe visitors reviews this place?
This bakery is so unique. Read up on their start up. Selling so much more than what’s distributed in the stores. I’m a frequent customer!
Pistachio croissant is really eye catching! As their Easter muffins. Can’t comment, but looks like a bestseller…
Went there to get their seasonal hot cross buns. Ok, but a bit sweet for me..would welcome more spices like cinnamon or cardamom..
However their sourdough loaf is great! Mostly get cookies and sweet loafs! They are amazing. Seasonal pumpkin one is the best! Cheddar and cheese scone is very nice. Didn’t try their pizza.
My husband ordered breakfast croissants -would prefer more vegetables inside or sprouts…but it’s simple enough with their lattes. Did I mention all vegan? 😃 Plant based milks. Good selection.
Lines moving quite fast. (Went there only on Sundays). Plenty of seating outside (pick a nice day). Great customer service!!!! Highly recommend!
Walk in the neighbourhood with blooming cherry trees was a great finish.
My boyfriend and I ordered the banana bread, which was delicious and affordable priced. It is made with olive oil and vegan butter. You really can’t taste the difference from non vegan pastries. Only $4 too for a big and moist slice. He also had the mocha which he enjoyed. So many delicious pastries – savoury and non-savoury. Cake options too.
Love the airy space (even though it was a bit small) and alternative milk options. It was calm and relaxing to sit there and enjoy the treats.
Erin was super friendly when I introduced myself as a fan, having followed her Instagram and been anticipating trying her bakery. She kindly gave us 2 free pieces of spanakopita to try, fresh from the oven.
I will definitely be back and will tell my plant-based and non-plant-based friends about this cafe!
Service was friendly and the café is nice and bright. I heard it gets busy here, but we came on a rainy weekday morning, so it was quite empty and there wasn’t a wait. Would return if in the area, but not for the cookies!
I felt like an excited kid when I managed to get one of these today. And I got to see and talk to Erin! It was wonderful to see how she was talking to all the people who came to the cafe. I got the white chocolate pistachio croissant (it was heavenly, I hope it’s back on the menu some day so that I can come back to gulp it again!) and a matcha latte, both were amazing!
