About this restaurants :
I’m not sure why there are so many negative comments. For the last four months that I’ve been enjoying baked goods here, the store hours have always been 8 to 8, with the exception of holidays. When I’m not sure, they always answer my calls. The amount of entitled people talking about service makes me think they were rude themselves because I’ve spoken to just about every staff that works here and they are as sweet as can be, even when they’ve had very stressful and busy days. From what I can see there is one person up front at a time and that is a lot of work for one person, even in a self serve setting. Overall, I spend a little too much money here biweekly and it’s my favorite bakery to eat at in Seattle. I haven’t experienced lines and I am usually by around noon every other Friday, so thanks to the people that man the front and have to watch me excitedly walk in circles around the shop taking pictures.
All of the beautiful pastries are beautifully displayed. It is hard to choose amongst the luscious cakes and breads and pastries. Everything looks beautiful. I got a chocolate covered croissant. Once I reheated it, it was good. We got a loaf of raisin bread. It was a little dry. We also got some little chocolate chip cookies. They taste like butter cookies w chips.Although the service was lack luster, and not friendly, I would go back.
Great service. We came in with a group of about 20+ and there was one person working…She did such a great job and was patient. All the bakery items and drinks (+great coffee beans) were fresh and exceptional.
The service staff here are crazy. I bought a bread and when I checked out, they forced me to choose a tip. I gave a $1 tip, but they looked at me with disdain. You know, I only bought a $4 bread. After settling the account, I said thank you, but the other party didn’t react at all and looked at me with a cold face throughout. It’s crazy. I have to tip even when buying bread, and the service attitude is so bad. I will never come back again
Came here for a quick drink, I’m gluten free so there were no food options. BUT the drinks.. oh my lanta 🤤 best drink i swear i have ever had in my entire life! I had the iced Matcha lavender Latte with sweet cold foam. I’m pretty sure I died and came back to life – I know dramatic.. but it was amazing!!
