One of the best pastry places in Sydney!
Opens super early with everything being ready to order. They taste as good as they look unlike a lot of patisseries around Sydney. The hazelnuts Pain Suisse is unreal, I highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Visited Tuga around 9 am on a Saturday. A small line had already formed in the takeaway shop, but we reached the front fairly quickly. The display showcased numerous delicious-looking pastries; however, it would have been appreciated if they had displayed the prices. We ordered three pastries to go, and all of them were fantastic. My favorite was their special edition Bueno croissant (this was in September 2023). Although the pastry was on the pricey side, just above $40, considering the quality, craftsmanship, and the current cost of ingredients, it’s understandable. Definitely planning to visit again!
I adore this bakery! It’s one of my top favorites in Sydney 🙂 The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I can’t wait to visit again soon!
Location is not far from Coogee or Clovelly. I tried the chocolate custard croissant. It was crunchy delicious. They run out the plain croissant when I arrived. And the 560 gram croissant is preorder only! Might try that in the future.
Hands down one of our favourite pasty places in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Along with the usual suspects Pastel De Nata and viennoiserie, it’s worth trying their savoury danish and pies.
