Uncle Cake

Was visiting Birmingham for Christmas markets and happened to pass by, decided to have a quick look. Great variety available. Was meeting up with some friends so quickly picked up some pandan cake – absolute great amount for £2 per slice. Light and fluffy, not overly sweet but melted on the tongue and the small layer of cream was just right.
Wish I picked up more cakes or other pastries while I had the chance – the cakes are gorgeous and usually go for around £30-£40 near me.
Would defo recommend giving this place a try!

I think this now has become my favourite cake shop. Pandan sponge cake was soooo fluffy and smells really nice. The custard tarts were not overly sweet and the choices of bread, sweet and savoury, I was spoiled. This cake shop reminds me of Bread Talk, if you’ve ever heard of it.

A Birmingham’s bakery, they have egg tarts, egg rolls, Korean cheese garlic buns, wife cake and much more!

This place is amazing!! The cakes are delicious and really reasonably priced. My favourite is the custard bun and nutella, oreo mochi bun. My husband loves the earlgrey cake.

Could be my new favourite Asian Bakery.
The savory buns were some of the best I’ve ever had, Korean garlic cream cheese bun and a luncheon meat with pork floss bun.
Egg tarts were delicious too. Can’t wait to work my way through more of the buns
