200 Degrees Coffee Shop & Barista School

Really nice coffee but a little bit on the pricey side considering the amount you get in the cup. I have to say I have tasted better but the location and atmosphere is good and it is an immensely popular place for a caffeine perk before, during or after you hit the shops. Perfect place to go to after a visit to Manchester Art Gallery

Thank you Ben! Attended the beginner barista course with Ben & it was very enjoyable. Ben was really knowledgeable & enthusiastic, he answered all the questions we had, was very patient whilst we were learning to dial in and pull the perfect shot to our liking. The last hour was dedicated to latte art, we learnt the techniques to create 3-4 different patterns, no limits on how many shots we pulled or how much milk we steamed. My latte art significantly improved overnight. 100% recommend this course, 3 hours flew by.

During our first trip to Manchester we got completely turned around. Popped into the coffee shop to try to figure things out. The gentleman working the counter was super nice, very understanding, and helped us get in the right direction. Once we were done with our tour we came back to the shop for a bite to eat. The sandwich I had was amazing, the coffee was great, and the richness of the brownie was perfect.

We had a pit stop here after street walking and thought it was lovely. Like so many places now, there’s a QR code on the table that you can use to order and cut waiting time. We liked the interior design and cosy feel of the place. I had a delicious tumeric latte. Friendly staff.

Definitely i’d recommend their coffee. if you do your coffee at home, check out their coffee beans

And the fact that they had different kinds of protein bars was a plus, since I needed a healthy snack.
