I had the pleasure of visiting Bedst Coffee, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was truly exceptional, making me feel right at home. But it’s not just the warm welcome that left a lasting impression; it’s the outstanding quality of their coffee that sets Bedst apart.

The coffee they offer is truly outstanding – variety of coffee from around the world here. It’s a place where they’ve perfected the art of coffee-making. If you’re a coffee enthusiast like me, you’ll appreciate the attention to detail and the care they put into each brew.

In a world where good coffee and top-notch customer service can be hard to find, Bedst Coffee is a shining example of both. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you’re in the area. It’s not just a coffee shop; it’s an experience, and one that you won’t forget.

A simple, near hole-in-the-wall vibe in the business district of Canberra that serves great coffee. They did my almond mocha (small, the only way to drink coffee) perfectly, balancing the bitterness of coffee with the sweetness of chocolate. The vibe is cool contemporary casual. Love it.

This is a speciality shop. They seem to focus on pour overs and they do them well – but there are also standard coffee and batches. They source their own beans and notably they are routinely cycling through a reasonably large collection.

Very limited table areas (a natural feature of a small shopfront) makes it hard to drink-in during busy periods. This is an issue when ordering a pour over (carafe) as the multiple components are hard to manage whilst standing.

James and the rest of the staff at bedst are so kind, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable about coffee. It was my go to every day (sometimes twice a day) place for coffee. Their filtered coffee is always extraordinary with so many excellent and different coffees to try. Truely one of the most special places in Canberra. I am going to miss it so much!
They also have a great selection of pastries on Thursday and Friday from under bakery in Mawson.

I drink espressos or long blacks and this place is my favourite place in Canberra for quality espresso. The attention to detail, the care with which the barista makes your coffee, and the service are all exceptional. If you care about coffee don’t go anywhere else.
