This coffee is wonderful, mighty!
My current favourite is Women’s Peace Coffee from the Democratic Republic of Congo which I can only strive to describe: playfully fruity, yet gently deep.
The website is worth pursuing as well as the coffee: here you will be informed about women’s struggle within global coffee farming, in addition to particulars pertaining to each of their roasts. These coffee roasters are guided by their mission (“to uplift women-grown coffee”) that undergirds every facet of production, including the clever name (and check out that “B”!)
The people at this Wicklow roastery are responsive, delightful, and kind.

Have ordered their phenomenal Ethiopian filter twice now and it arrives within a day of roasting every time. Highly recommended
