Very tasty coffee options with lots of choice. Excellently priced (esp compared to buying beans from chain coffee shops!) and absolutely amazing customer service. There’s a real personal touch to this place and you know they care about their customers. I had a small issue with a gift voucher and they were so helpful in getting it fixed and keeping in contact to make sure I was happy. So happy to support an Irish business that obviously cares about their specialty. Have already recommended it to friends and family.

I ordered from Coffee Click for the first time last Thursday. I googled searched the “Lavazza Milk Up Frother” as I recently purchased the “Lavazza Milk Easy Frother “from Harvey Normans .Coffee Click’s Lavazza Milk Up Frother appeared on the Google page with trusted reviews and so I bought the milk frother as it was on sale. 🙂

I was super impressed that my order arrived very early Friday morning which is a nice surprise on a Friday. It was nice my order arrived the next day! I am very happy with my product and will return to purchase more coffee and products again. It is also nice to support an Irish independent business oppose to always purchasing from big nationwide electrical suppliers or from international coffee brands.

I was looking for an Irish distributor of lavazza coffee when I found Coffee Click. I called them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I had my order within 2 days. They accept one for all vouchers. I can’t recommend them enough for excellent customer service

I had an issue with a coffee machine I purchased here 6 few months ago and I received a very satisfactory outcome from Coffee Click. Claire was most helpful. I will continue to buy my capsules here as a result.

Buyer beware!! I was a customer of this company all through the pandemic they sent me the wrong order and after many emails and contact battled with me to just simply give me the right order… they said they couldn’t find my customer records .. yet I had them?? To prove the purchase and previous sales … I was advised to return the wrong product .. then when I did they argued their case of to simply replace and kept reminding me they had no records of my good customer ship!! Yet I screen shot them back the order to show what I had always ordered for my make of coffee machine.. so buyer beware!!!
