Great staff.
Coffee and food does what you want.

This place has the most ignorant staff ever ,came here today with my service user for his regular coffee and treat ,new girl on till with no support from her so called manager if you can call her that! So called manager barking orders out which I thought was mine and she cut straight across me as ignorant as can be ! She really shouldn’t be there seems she hates her job , directing orders at me instead of my service user, definitely will be passing this experience onto others!

Nearly always great coffee which is hard to say for franchise coffee shops like this. Very nice cakes and pastries and sandwiches also. Great service and nice staff.

Staff here exceptionally friendly and pleasant compared to other Costas I’ve been to

Nice weather is not a reason to close the coffee place earlier without any notice. It shows really how staff treats customers. I’d like to also point out the unacceptable state of the toilets!

Coffee, just like in most Costa chain is bad. Staff have no clue how to make most of the coffees on the menu properly
