Costa Coffee

I was in the que to buy something in the Costa in mulligar centre when I had to come out of the que as a Costa worker which turns out to be the manger of the place was being unbearably rude to my 15 year old brother where she told him to get out of the shop and repeatedly told him he wasn’t welcome when he then challenged her as to why she claimed she wasn’t rude and wasn’t a problem. When I then addressed her with the issue she caused she was childish and laughing behind the desk and as I looked around when I was leaving she was staring and laughing not the character of a manger. Other two girls behind the desk were lovely and didn’t look surprised when a complaint was being made about the manger would definitely not recommend to sit in this establishment.

Called in for a quick bite while out shopping . The latte is always great and my friend decided to have black forest coffee with marshmallows…also delicious. However they did fall down on the sandwiches we got.I got turkey and all the trimmings and my friend got chicken, both sandwiches are premade and we got them toasted. The toast is only done on one side making the sandwich soggy on one side and in the inside too. Next time I think I’ll opt for the cherry bakewell tart. Coffee delicious but a no for the sandwiches.

Had a very bad customer service today at 9am. The sales attendant rudely refuse to take our order and mentioned that she is busy with no apologies or explanation. Stunned by this repulsive behaviour, we just left the shop.

A bit chaotic…I had a sandwich and was not provided with a plate ! or a knife to cut it .Milk for my tea was served in a paper cup I had to get this myself also from the self service area ..The table was dirty from a previous customer and I HAD TO CLEAR it to make it acceptable No serviettes were provided either and i had to go back up and ask for them . That said the tea and sandwich were very nice .but the staff were indifferent and had a laize- faire.attitude .3 years since I was here before .Certainly gone down hill .Would not recommend for anyone .

Very nice lime any other Costa. Was disappointing that my favourite coconut milk wasn’t available on the day but otherwise everything was great.
