Costa Coffee

Staff are friendly, coffee is decent. I find coffee often isn’t consistent in Costa, but never bad (usually goes wrong when it is too foamy). As far as Costas go, this place is a good one, it has a large seating area when you include upstairs, ample parking.

I have bought coffee at this place twice, and both times I regretted. What a horrible customer service, and the coffee was as bad as the one you get at any shop from the machines. I’d rather carry my own cup from home than buy an overpriced concoction dispense by a rude server!

Might aswell be drinking a cup of hot water. Any flavour that was left was burnt. I was over charged. Girl that was working is very rude and this isn’t my First time having issues with her. Is it that hard to make a coffee ! Nearly €5 for a small latte. Any other costa around is great why is this one such a let down. This women clearly hates her Job and takes it out on the customers.

Costa coffee has a cozy atmosphere. If the day is cold you will feel grateful to go there. There is multiple options to drink coffee or eat some pastries. So, the quality of coffee can vary from place to place. I ordered a latte coffee, which was good temperature but not with good quality. The coffee was watery. However I was freezing and I drunk it ☕

Terrible experience.
Waited for 25 minutes didn’t even get a coffee in the end.
4 till resets and staff member advised they would take cash only.
Didn’t even attempt to take card payment.
We had asked after till reset number 2 to try and pay for our drinks this request was ignored.
Worst customer experience I have ever had.
Avoid this place at all costs.
