Sandwich was wet and soggy
Ordered a latte got a glass of hot milk no effort put into the service. Poor hand hygiene wiped nose and touched cutlery afterwards grunts from staff who just don’t want to be there

Nice ambiance, warm and cosy, good quality coffee.
New venue for us. Nice new building opposite Tesco. Great staff, very friendly.
Such a wonderful staff, initially my daughters are not happy with chocolate frepe drink due to very icey. But then we request staff to change it and they give the girls another drink without ice.
