Costa Coffee

As coffee shops go this Costa is very nice.Very friendly helpful staff.Bright and airy..plenty of parking,good selection of snacks and sandwiches,pastries

I had my coffee fix on a quite cold winter morning: alongside my espresso I saw there were some cute little Bonne Maman honey pots at the counter so I bought one (they are usually sold together with porridge). Sweetening the coffee with honey felt almost healthy! Although the cafe was packed, a bit too warm and rather noisy, my friend and I felt relaxed, the service was fast and friendly.

I paid for a tea, hot chocolate (kids), slice of biscuit cake and a kids ginger bread man cookie. No slice of biscuit cake put on the tray and had to go back to ask for it. No milk in a small jug for the teas ect, and no cup top for the kids hot chocolate.

Also when I was at the counter they didn’t know who was what order. Loads of people standing waiting. They kept asking the customers is this for you. Teas and the few treats was nice. The please is always kept clean and tidy.

Nice vibe, especially on sunny days, and staff that are good, friendly and thoughtful.
Having said that I’m personally not a fan of the taste of Costa coffee in general, there is no food larger than a fairly thin and pricey sandwich, almost everything is wrapped in plastic or otherwise unrecyclable packaging, and the tables are quite worn.
3 stars for the nice staff and clientele, but lots for Costa themselves to improve on.

Beautiful Coffee, my absolute favourite, always quick service.
Most of the staff are extremely polite but for those of you with bad experience with 1 or 2 staff members refusing to serve you because of no mask, we had rhe same issue with my husband, I lodged a complaint with head office and they did confirm for me that staff can not refuse service especially with an exemption.
Don’t complain about the business and the team as a whole just because of 1 or 2 staff members
