It’s not consistent, poorly managed! Coffee is good but today dishwasher was broken so paper cups for coffee and cake offered in a paper bag, no discount for this, could have had the same service in a service station, always seems to have new staff and no actual experienced manager, last time I was here it was good, the time before they couldn’t handle the volume of customers. Coffee and food is good but needs a proper manager rather than a few teenagers behind the counter

Lovely little spot in Tesco

Went in to costa in Tesco to treat my mum and granny to coffee. Asked for a hot chocolate. Once I got it I said can I get some cream and marshmallows for it and the girl looked at me as if I had 6 heads and said no. So very rude. I wouldn’t have minded is she has said I’d have to pay extra or they had none but she simply gave me a dirty look and said no. 3€ for a small hot chocolate. I could have bought a box of it for that price. Also ordered a skinny cappuccino. They didn’t have skimmed milk. I will Never go there again. The staff are much nicer in the costa in the business park.
