I agree with the previous comment. A loud young lady but very cheerful. The service was very quick. The muffin was fresh and the coffee was hot. All the tables in the coffee shop were cleaned, which in not common for Costa shops.

I come here a lot and I like both the venue and the staff, if I could offer a suggestion for improvement it would be around the stores punctuality – it regularly opens late which, given the official opening time of 08:30am isn’t even that early, it’s hard to ignore and often quite an inconvenience. Having said that I will continue to be a regular.

Shop was cold, coffee not hot or well made, cakes all removed from display. It used to be cosy and nice atmosphere with hot coffee and nicely presented treats
My wife left her purse behind and the staff found it and kept it safe until we made contact the following day. Well done staff.
