About this restaurants :
This place is super quaint inside. Came for breakfast w a friend on Sunday around 11am. You order at the counter and then seat yourself. We were able to snag a seat right away but when we left at noon there was a line. The food was hot and came out quick. I had the mushroom quiche and even tho a bit crumbly, it was perfect and I wanted to stuff it in my face but …manners.
Thanks for having us!
Lovely cafe/bistro with plenty of seating. It’s so nice to have European style cafes (i.e., serving coffee, food and alcohol and open in the evening) where people could meet to catch up or just simply read a book or work. The oat milk latte was good.
The menu looks interesting with good vegetarian options and I definitely will be back to try the food.

This place is one of my top three favorite coffee places in Manhattan. Since my boyfriend introduced me to this place, I haven’t stopped craving the Toastini sandwich! I highly recommend it! (with a chai latte) The food is amazing! The toastni comes with extra sauce on the side and a Greek salad. The service is always good here. Also, (a plus for me) I love how you always see families, kids, dogs, etc. As a foreign, far from home, I enjoy being surrounded by this Atmosphere. Again, highly recommend it.
Ella’s Cafe Espresso & Wine Bar offers a cozy corner for a coffee break or a casual bite. Their Toastini stands out with its crispy, sesame-seeded crust and gooey cheese center, paired with a crisp, fresh salad and a zesty green sauce. The coffee never disappoints and is a testament to the barista’s skill. It’s an ideal spot for those seeking quality food and a relaxed vibe in the city.
This cafe has great food, friendly servers, it’s kept very clean, and the interior and the decor really adds a lot to the atmosphere. Very relaxing to sit and eat and have a nice latte. Great place to grab brunch in the Upper East Side.
