Esquires – The Organic Coffee Co (Eyre Sq, Galway)

I ordered the mini breakfast, an iced caramel latte and a brownie. Everything was delicious. The quality of the food was excellent. We loved Colm’s enthusiasm, he made the atmosphere very pleasant. I will 100% be returning! Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

+ the fruit scone was very tasty. The butter was soft and easy to spread. I think they could improve the jam, but overall very good
+ they have diary free options for the coffee. The flat white with oat milk was very good
+ the porridge was nice. We usually have it with peanut butter, but with mixed nuts was also ok
+ lovely waiters

Note: the place is not very big. We went around 1pm and it was quite crowded. Might be difficult to find a table for a big group

The full Irish breakfast was excellent. Even better than the food was the service. Our waiter was very attentive and kind, and made us feel like we were visiting an old friend.

Phenomal find! The staff and the owner are so friendly and amazing. The food is delicious and cappuccino was fantastic! We ordered simple fried eggs with toast, and a chicken and chorizo pesto sandwich on sourdough baguette. It was perfect and fresh. Glad we stumbled upon this gem of a cafe.

We had a wonderful breakfast before catching a bus to Dublin. Our cappuccinos were delicious and we loved the croissants. We had a very nice waiter and they also stored our luggage while we ate.
