What do H&T Coffee visitors reviews this place?
Ordered the bingsu. The fruits were just not ripe. Still delicious though but could have been better. Other than that good service and atmosphere.
I had high expectations about this place but were not 100% fulfilled. Cakes are good and highly delicate but way too expensive: I understand that there’s a lot of work behind a Japanese Mille Crepe, but the portion doesn’t match the price you pay. Also, I did expect some Japanese welcome, but the staff were quite cold and hasty. The place is nice, but a little more cleaning on the sofas would not hurt. Ultimately, a lovely venue, with good cakes but overall not 100% satisfying.
We have been going and calling them for the past 2 months for Bingsu and they never have it! It’s always ‘ooh next week’ or ‘next day’ and then we go they don’t have it. We called them and the staff was not friendly and hang up the phone when we didn’t even finish our sentence.
Isn’t it false advertisement if they say they have something on their menu and the customers go and it’s never in stock.
Is it really not in stock or is the staff just lazy?
The owner should address this problem or just stop promoting Bingsu because they don’t have it🤷🏻♀️

I asked for a slightly milky white French manicure here from Yvonne and she was amazing. Not only was she super careful and detail oriented, but she was fun to talk to. I’ve gone to a lot of places for a French manicure and they never do it the exact way I want it, either too pink or too milky, or the tip was too thick, but today I am so happy because Yvonne cared about what I wanted and executed it perfectly.
The coffee was good, but the cakes were quite disappointing and overpriced. We expected them to be better since we payed 8 euros for the small pistachio slice. The cafe is combined with a nail studio and a hairdresser…
