About this restaurants :
Loved this place. I enjoyed talking to the staff and college students. I asked students about different beverages and their experiences. I was told it’s a great place to relax, study, and have a drink. Going back, the dirty gingerbread chai latte was very good.
Love this place! The staff is super friendly and provides great service AND the coffee is killer!!! If you bring in a reusable cup to use, I think they do a discount on your coffee.
We love their homespun lattes, cappucinos, and all their tasty pastries!
I come here multiple times a week, because it’s a great reading/studing/hanging out spot! Lots of tables with chairs, and couches for comfy seating. We love that our dogs can come sit quietly with us while we are here, and the dogs love it too!
The ambiance is really chill, and I love all the plants. It’s also a super walkable location to all the other stuff in downtown Arlington.

I’m new to the area, work from home, and sometimes need to get out and work in a new environment. Inclusion did not disappoint. Wide open, lots of seating and power plugs, strong wifi, a variety of pastries and cookies, and a big board of interesting coffee recommendations. Overall a fun place to get work done and visit, but not ideal for zoom meetings. The coffee was really good, my ham and cheese croissant was decent. The parking was a little tricky – the road I came in on has you backing into your spot, so be aware. Great customer service. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back!
This is my second time I am writing reviews , first one was almost one year ago , I came back today, January 29, 2024. I thought the place has been changed or get better but still very bad customer service disgusting “coffee” if it’s scanned, describe as a coffee ,,,, and if you ask me why I came back after one year, that’s because there’s no another coffee shop next to the library !!!
I promise my last time 😡
The lady when she grabbed the cup, she put her finger inside the cob , before she making the coffee. That’s also to disgusting as the picture showed below 👇

It’s a very cute coffee shop. Very chill and laid back. Plenty of space also with two rooms for meetings if needed. The iced latte with vanilla was good. The rosemary sausage handpie was interesting but good.
