Really cool place with tasty food and coffee. Lovely smell off the place, too, due to the roastery display area which you can view. I don’t even drink coffee but well worth a visit.

Worst customer service in any place I’ve ever been to. I go 2/3 times a week. Most of the time the service is very bad, this morning in particular was off the wall. The staff bark at you, no nice atmosphere about them. I’m in a gym around the corner and I know at least 20 people who there weekly and every single person has on commented on how bad the customer service is. Most of the bad reviews here are about the staff. I’m sick of it, that’s why after years me going there I’m writing this review. So whoever the manager is you seriously need to retrain your staff. Get them to smile and actually treat customers in a manner that’s fitting to a customer that’s spending money in your place. I guarantee you if you bothered asking your customers what they think it might open your eyes to what’s going on in your premises.

Lovely place to visit for coffee and food.
Visit daily,always have a pleasant experience with the staff considering how many coffees we order,Anthony and Rutah always look after us professionally.
Super customer service from both members of staff,and all other staff interactions we have had over the years.

Unfortunately the staff have a face that would sour milk and don’t seem too interesting in serving

Little things like putting a spoon on the person before me saucers and pushing the cups out and not doing the same for me

Wheelchair spaces should be moved to outside the door, not on a bend beside a exit only door

Considering it’s out of the way they need to do more (office/factory workers keeping it busy)

The overall impression is that the premises is badly run. Staff have a poor customer service mentality. Given the amount of feedback that mirrors this review closely both on this forum and on trip advisor, you would have to determine that management is not setting acceptable standards or managing staff performance competently. In the final analysis, good staff manners and a good customer experience are not ‘extras’ . This should be expected and delivered on as standard.
