This is the place to go if you want a taste of elevated Aussie coffee culture. They do all the standard drinks at a reasonable price but also expand into coffee cult territory with their comprehensive menu. While it may seem intimidating at first, all of the baristas are super friendly and will take their time to explain and help you find out what you want, and also explain the process as they go. It’s always a wonderful experience to visit.

The new location also has a great vibe, but parking may be a bit difficult on weekdays given it’s an industrial area. Love the new food options too, and while on the pricier side (since they source and support other local businesses), it’s definitely worth a try.

Went during Easter long weekend & was able to get a seat within 5 minutes. Tried a range of coffee & was suitably impressed – overall a good experience, particularly with a knowledgeable barista.

One cool and friendly space to get to know your coffees. Grab a table up front (in the sun) or a seat at one of the counters and watch your expert barista whip up your cold brew or a fancy espresso.

Can’t comment on the food as we only had coffee but sadly the issue I had was wait time and the seating arrangement made by the arrogant people going there. Must be a Sydney thing no wonder I prefer Melbourne coffee shops as those ones are filled with people who like coffee not the perception that they like coffee.

Very sad that I couldn’t order a Ristretto as they aren’t setup for that. Kind of bugged me. But I grabbed an espresso anyway and two of their candy coffees as a latte but sadly the pour overs I ordered did not seem to be even be being made… That was the drink I was coming in for. We literally ran out of time as with the wait for two seats and the wait for coffee it was over an hour. The guy serving us did throw the espresso in for free due to the wait for the pour overs which was nice but this isn’t about money for me it’s about the experience. If the experience is good the money doesn’t matter if the experience is bad the money wasnt worth the hour of your life you lose. You can get money back you can’t get that hour of your life back.

We got recommended to come back when it isn’t as busy which I might do but a flight to Melbourne sounds better.
