Excellent coffee and great baked goods! Their gateau basque is a must try! Nice sitting in the spacious cafe filled with sunshine. Fun watching them roasting beans, too.

Really great place! We enjoyed a flat white, Papua New Guinea pour over, ham and cheese cornbread, and vegan blueberry passionfruit muffin. Coffee and pastries were delicious, and the staff was really nice.
Would definitely recommend!

I was hoping to visit this location but their entrance does not have a ramp so I couldn’t come in with my baby and our stroller. Another gentleman in their wheelchair was not able to visit either and we both ended up down the street at the Railtown cafe because it was an accessible entrance. I’m sure Pallet is accessible, however it is not obvious to the public.

I hope this can be addressed because I’d love to try and visit the location again!

If there were more than 5 stars to rate these guys, I assure you, they’d be getting every single one of them!!! I really liked their Black Condor coffee but as it was sold out and only 200 g left, guys were generous enough and caring enough to let me know about it and they just gave it to me for free where I was ready to pay for it easily. I respect the passion of the people working at Pallets and desire to deliver the BEST! I’m definitely a loyal customer of this place. If you are to chose coffee roasters in Vancouver it should be PALLET! Alright, I’m off here to go and make myself a delicious cup of espresso from the Pallet’s Black Condor.
